A leading global company needed help in running an app coding project using a low-code software solution:
we ran workshops to specify the app functionality, held daily stand-ups with the project team consisting of developers and an external consultancy, acted as quality control and made decisions as to how the app was to be built. I then handed the project back to the business to complete as agreed
GLOBAL UNDERWRITING ALIGNMENT
February 2023 to November 2023
Worked alongside internal process experts to help deliver a pre-agreed future state underwriting and renewals process. This involved dozens of meetings with underwriters, to introduce the methodology, work with them to understand the key inputs required and running workshops to ensure alignment within each group. I worked with Germany, Spain and Global Aerospace, running workshops in Cologne, Paris and Madrid
CLAIMS REVIEW - LONDON MARKET INSURER
August 2022 to January 2023
Ran End-to-end review of internal third-party claims handling, using DMAIC methodology to analyse current state, establish root causes and prioritise solutions for property, liability, hazardous materials, and liability claims.
Managed several stakeholders and ran workshops to establish collaborative end-to-end thinking around the claim lifecycle.
Through analysis, developed a list of 120 prioritised process improvement opportunities.
